ELLIOT LEE
Managing Partner & Principal Consultant
Dr. Elliot Lee has over 20 years of experience as a business consultant, mentor, and facilitator, specializing in organizational development and transformation. His expertise lies in advising CEOs and senior management on business expansion, effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
He has a strong background In sales management, having established and led regional and global sales processes and systems. His work also focuses
on people strategy, including talent management, leadership development programs, and competency framework designs.
Elliot’s career has provided him with deep insights into business and people in different regions. He has worked and lived in China for four years, where he led joint venture partnerships, managed post-merger integrations, and consolidated offices and staff across the country. Additionally, he has lived and worked in Saudi Arabia, concentrating on organizational transformation initiatives.
DR. KHOO GUAN SENG
Senior Advisor
Guan Seng has over 28 years’ of experience in the design and implementation of enterprise wide investment, banking and risk management models, systems and processes.
He gained deep practical insights from a career spanning across financial institutions in the USA, Canada, UK and Singapore, including the Man Group where he was the Principal Scientist, designing and running an algorithmic AI-based hedge fund, at American Bourses Corporation which provided robo-based analytical solutions and financial info-utilities to traders and investors in the USA and N Asia, at ATOS Origin, RHB Capital, Singapore Exchange, Standard Chartered Bank, Temasek Holdings, Alberta Investment Management Corporation and CAI, the global airport investment arm of Changi Airport Group (CAG).
Mr Khoo holds a PhD in Computational Physics (Material Science) from the National University of Singapore, with post-doc R&D in AI-based data mining and applications in Japan and America.
FOO MING TAY

Foo Ming Tay is a Registered Management Consultant (RMC), Certified Productivity Consultant (CPC), ACTA certified trainer and master coach with 34 combined years of corporate experience in high-tech storage industry and business consulting, training, coaching.
Before founding his consultancy business, Ming Tay was a Business Process Senior Manager in Seagate Technology International where he managed the product cost and strategic analysis under the Senior Vice-President of Global Operations which he managed the USD12.8M energy reduction project using Lean 6 Sigma methodologies. Earlier, Ming Tay worked in Maxtor Peripherals (S) Pte Ltd he managed the transfer of technology, production line set up using Lean 6 Sigma and USD2M annual department equipment budget.
Ming Tay received Certified ScrumMaster Certificate, Global Career Development Facilitator, Certified Productivity Consultant Certificate, Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment from WDA, Graduate Certificate in Management Consultancy from the Institute of Management Consultants Singapore (IMCS) and completed the SPRING Business Excellence Consultant and Assessor course. He is also a certified behavioral master coach from Behavioral Coaching Institute (USA) and a certified FACET5 (UK) personality profiler. He holds an MBA from University of Adelaide and B. Eng (Electrical and Electronics) from National University of Singapore.
JULIA CHIN

Julia Chin, aka Compliance Blackbelt the Founder and Group Managing Director of JFourth Solutions that offers consulting and training services on Anti Financial Crime.
She brings over 30 years of experience in compliance and risk management, and is a subject matter expert in Correspondent Banking, Securities Services, and Fintech, particularly in the areas of Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance, and Fraud Management across Asia and the Middle East.
Julia is a member of the APAC Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime (GCFFC) Secretariat. She is passionate about fostering a culture of compliance, advancing fintech innovation, and promoting financial inclusion.

Ms. Rachel Hu is the founder of UBosster Management Consulting China and a partner of LOF Consultants Pte. Ltd. She has more than 20 years of multi-functional experience in multiple industries. She has led different business operations, engaged in corporate management practices and consulting services to government departments, “big four” consulting companies, real estate, retail, healthcare and international brand hotels. Her expert domain evolves around Enterprise comprehensive operation management, management consulting, business process optimization, auditing, comprehensive enterprise financial management.
While she was with Deloitte Consulting, Life Exchange, CapitaLand Commercial, Tesco Property China, and China Resources Fund Management Company, she held positions include; Deputy Director, Vice President of Operations, Head of Business Process in China, Financial Controller, and Group Financial Manager respectively.
JESSICA ANG

With over 25 years of expertise in integrated and digital marketing, Jessica is a high-impact professional in strategic brand management across B2B and B2C landscapes. She has spearheaded local and regional marketing initiatives for governments and MNCs, delivering transformative brand growth and measurable business impact.
Her recent focus extends beyond corporate success is dedicated to empowering social services, helping them refine their purpose and positioning to enhance outreach and maximize influence. A strategic thinker, she translates deep insights into high-impact initiatives that drive business growth, market positioning, and long-term sustainability.
Throughout her career, Jessica has led diverse stakeholders and cross-functional regional teams to success, earning industry recognition and prestigious awards. Her leadership fosters innovation, collaboration, and strategic excellence, ensuring organizations stay ahead in an evolving marketplace.

LIN LONGYI
Partner
Longyi is a passionate IT professional who has worked at various levels and job scopes in the industry for more than 20 years, thus acquiring a wide range of skills and expertise. Motivated and a strong believer in “getting things done”, and getting it done well. He is passionate about using technology to make a difference.
He is skilled in System Business Planning, IT Strategy, IT Operations Management, Outsourcing, and Data Analysis. He is a strong information technology professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering (Second Class Honours ) from Nanyang Technological University, ranked 11th in the world.
Before joining LoF Consultants, Longyi was an IT Manager for BLUESG, an electric car-sharing company in Singapore. He developed SharePoint Intranet, including Wiki, automated workflows, and a telemetry system. Prior to his work at the BLUESG, he worked at the Changi Airport, Merrill Lynch, Clariden Leu, Law Society of Singapore, and PSA Corp. In these roles, James developed cutting-edge prototype technologies for emergency systems monitoring. James’s professional experience includes a stint as an entrepreneur. From 2016 to 2018 he ran Mallkaki—a tech start-up company devoted to indoor location tracking and security consulting.
Longyi is a PSA Corp Scholarship holder and awarded the Schlumberger Prize for outstanding academic performance in Singapore Polytechnic.
